The analysis offered by this software cannot assure or guarantee any property's profitability. That profitability will be dependent upon many factors outside the scope of this software package.

The privacy of our customers is of utmost importance. Soft Green Corporation will not disclose the identity or any relevant information regarding its customers except where required by law.

A customer may be contacted by Soft Green Corporation when updates or upgrades become available or to notify the customer when an associated product becomes available, but is welcome to opt out of any or all notification lists at any time by contacting customer support. No sales or support information will be made available to any outside company.

Purchase Orders and Corporate Billing Terms

To qualified companies the Rent Roll Pro and NOI Academy software and / or Expert Support consulting services may be obtained without prior purchase, provided necessary billing authorization and information is provided. The Terms for such purchases are net 15 days. Past due accounts are subject to all fees, interest and penalties allowed under the law. Contact customer support for more information as well as the necessary credit applications.

In the event the Rent Roll Pro and/or NOI Academy software fails to perform to your satisfaction you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price less a fifteen percent restock fee.

To qualify for a refund, the software and included documentation must be: in route to our offices (via a reliable carrier) within ten days of delivery and prior to software registration; no copies of the software or documentation are retained; and the results of all analysis performed by the software are destroyed.

Users of the evaluation version of Rent Roll Pro for a period longer than ten days should note that their purchase of the full version signifies the software package meets their needs.

Limit one return per entity, household or shipping address; refunds are not available for purchases by an entity, household or shipping address initiated after a return for refund by that entity, household or shipping address.
