Three hours of free telephone support is included with the purchase of NOI Academy and the Rent Roll Pro NetPack. Two hours of free telephone support is provided with the purchase of Rent Roll Pro. The free hours included with purchases are available for use during a one-year period beginning with the date of purchase. Telephone support for upgrade subscriptions is provided for registration and upgrade installation only. Support Packages can be purchased which allow any number of users for a given number of hours; the hours included in these packages are available for use during a one-year period beginning with the date of purchase. Support via telephone is provided for QuickBooks1 for property management use, and it integration with Rent Roll Pro and the Rent Roll Pro NetPack, for the licensed user(s) only. All support and update / upgrade rights may be withheld if an account becomes past due. Support for software improperly installed or operated, or in use on malfunctioning equipment or systems may be withheld until the system is fully operational. |
