| Perpetual unlimited support is provided for licensed users of NOI Academy and Rent Roll Pro NetPack software products. Unlimited support for licensed users of Rent Roll Professional is provided for the period beginning with purchase and lasting for one year.
Support is provided for QuickBooks1 for property management use, and it integration with Rent Roll Pro, for licensed users of Rent Roll Pro software products during the period beginning with purchase, and lasting for six months. NetPack users only -support for remote registration and / or remote integration with QuickBooks is provided for registered users with current full support and upgrade subscriptions. Support for license holders with a current upgrade / update subscription have highest priority. Support for license holders has priority over evaluation users. Support for QuickBooks is limited to the use for typical property management tasks and provided only to license holders with a current upgrade / update subscription. All support and update / upgrade rights may be withheld if an account becomes past due. Support for software improperly installed or operated, or in use on malfunctioning equipment or systems may be withheld. Free technical support for software programs other than Rent Roll Pro, the Rent Roll Pro NetPack, and NOI Academy is provided for the first ninety days after purchase or activation of the products, whichever occurs first.
