Rent Roll Professional NetPack is for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8. This software package performs property management and financial analysis tasks for rental income properties. It is designed to be used in partnership with the full-featured QuickBooks desktop editions, but can be used with other accounting programs or as a supplement to manual bookkeeping.

The NetPack license package includes one concurrent Rent Roll Pro license and two concurrent Rental Contact Manager licenses, one read only; additional concurrent Rent Roll Pro licenses may be added with additional purchase(s) to users with current update/upgrade subscriptions.

A CD-R containing the programs and necessary files is sent via USPS first class mail; allow 7-12 days for delivery in the Continental US. Includes free upgrades via download for six months after purchase and three hours telephone support for two users.

Policies, Guarantees and Returns

An evaluation version of Rent Roll Pro is available; all full versions of Rent Roll Pro contain proprietary business methods, reports, calculations, etc. We guarantee the current version of Rent Roll Pro, Rent Roll Pro LE, and the Rent Roll Pro NetPack software includes the capabilities indicated for that version in the features list and produces the reports listed for that version in the reports list. Features and / or reports indicated for future release in the features and reports lists may be rescheduled for later release or not included in future versions. Support for software other than the Rent Roll Pro LE in compliance with our support policy will be provided via telephone during business hours; no free telephone support is provided for Rent Roll Pro LE licenses other than for the original install and registration. Purchases of property file setups and other services, version upgrades, update subscriptions, and additional licenses for existing users are final. A restocking fee of 15% of the total cost will be deducted from a refund. Support costs may be deducted from refunds if support is provided. To qualify for a refund: the software, included documentation, and a request for refund signed by the purchaser (cardholder) must be in route to our offices (via a reliable carrier) within ten days of delivery and prior to software registration; no copies of the software or documentation are retained; and no reports are created using the software. Returned software, unless meeting the aforementioned criteria, does not constitute grounds for a refund. Refund requests not meeting the requirements in the above paragraph are subject to management approval. Improper install, operation, or use on malfunctioning equipment or systems does not constitute grounds for return. We may opt to provide replacement with upgraded software rather than a refund; in such an event those updates/upgrades are mandatory. Limit one return per entity, owner, household, or shipping address; refunds are not available for purchases by an entity, household, or shipping address when that purchase is initiated after a return for refund by that entity, it's owner, household, or shipping address.
